1.1 Paymeleon is a nano-transaction payment layer operated by Prabhu Shankar Ramachandran / Paymeleon by Inclusist, registered in Germany.
1.2 Payment processing is handled by Mollie B.V., a licensed payment institution regulated by De Nederlandsche Bank. Paymeleon is not itself a licensed payment institution.
1.3 The Service consists of: (a) Consumer Wallet — for individuals making Taps (b) Merchant Integration — for businesses accepting Taps
2.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Consumer Wallet.
2.2 Account Creation You agree to provide accurate information during wallet setup. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and biometric authentication settings.
2.3 Payment Method By linking a payment method you authorise Paymeleon and Mollie to pre-authorise and charge it in accordance with your Tap activity.
2.4 Billing & Fees Taps are aggregated and billed monthly as a single charge. You receive an itemised statement by email. You are never charged before your first Tap. A monthly processing fee of €0.25 applies to all accounts, charged once per calendar month on the first transaction of that month. The fee is waived in full for any calendar month in which total processed spend exceeds €5.00. This fee represents Mollie's payment processing cost, passed through at cost. Paymeleon takes no margin on this fee.
2.5 Daily Spend Cap You may set a daily spend cap. Paymeleon will not process Taps that would exceed it.
2.6 Disputes Dispute any Tap within 30 days of the charge appearing on your statement by contacting support@paymeleon.com.
2.7 Cancellation You may cancel your wallet at any time. Outstanding balances at cancellation remain due.
3.1 Eligibility You must be a registered business or sole trader operating lawfully in your jurisdiction.
3.2 Integration You may integrate the Paymeleon SDK per the documentation at github.com/Inclusist/paymeleon-project.
3.3 Commission Tiered commission on each Tap: €0.20–€0.50: 12% €0.51–€1.00: 10% €1.01–€2.00: 8% €2.01–€5.00: 5% Rates subject to change with 30 days written notice.
3.4 Settlement Merchant payouts processed monthly via Mollie.
3.5 Acceptable Use You may not use Paymeleon to sell illegal goods or services, adult content without written approval, or any product prohibited by Mollie's acceptable use policy.
3.6 Founder's Tier 0% commission on first €10,000 processed, subject to separate Founder's Tier agreement. Closes 30 September 2026 or when all 5 slots are filled.
The Paymeleon name, logo, and SDK are the intellectual property of Paymeleon by Inclusist. You may not use them without prior written consent except to identify Paymeleon as your payment provider.
Paymeleon processes personal data per its Privacy Policy and GDPR. Paymeleon does not sell personal data to third parties.
6.1 Paymeleon is provided "as is."
6.2 Total liability shall not exceed the greater of €100 or total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
6.3 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
6.4 Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
German law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR CITY].
We may update these Terms at any time. Registered users notified by email 144 days before material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
